Role Purpose
The Video Curriculum Producer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content to support curriculum delivery across the Mobile LEAP, Bootcamp, and Career Track programs. This role ensures that learning materials are engaging, professional, and accessible to diverse audiences, enhancing the overall training experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Video Production
- Film instructional sessions, tutorials, and other educational content.
- Ensure professional standards in video production, including editing, lighting, and sound quality.
- Maintain and organize an accessible archive of training videos.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with trainers and curriculum developers to translate learning materials into engaging video formats.
- Adapt production style to align with curriculum goals and learner needs.
- Provide technical support to trainers during video shoots.
- Content Quality & Engagement
- Apply creativity to produce videos that are visually appealing, interactive, and learner-centered.
- Continuously update production techniques to match modern trends in educational media.
Qualifications: Education & Experience
- Strong background in media production, film, communication, or a related field, as evidenced by an impressive portfolio and practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in producing educational or instructional video content.
- Proficiency with cameras, lighting, sound recording, and video editing software.

- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
